I got this mount for my husband who does have hands free but also likes to play Pandora app while he is driving. This has allowed him to do that (and keep his phone cool) without the easily distraction of holding the phone switching back/forth between apps and contact he's speaking with. He hasn't found any negatives about this mount yet, it fits perfectly in his CX-9 SUV (pictured below). So far he has enjoyed it and plans on getting another one for his next car. *I got this item for a honest review.
