This brace fit very well on a large size leg, and the compression helped with knee pain associated from previous work injury. It is made with good quality material, very flexible, and fairly durable for daily use. The brace conformed to my leg/knee just the right way to be comfortable enough to wear during work and play. The only con I've found is that the top rolls down, and I've had to find a way to attach it to keep from doing it. I would recommend this to anyone who has knee pain and wants a good brace. *I was sent this item for a honest review.
