Country Crock is one of the very few butters that we use in our home! The smoothness allows my son to be able to help us through cooking different things, and he can easily take a spoon or a plastic butter knife to dip out what he needs to get for me.
Also yes this can be used in a more fatty way but it also allows you to treat yourself at times so you will be able to still be able to live life.
Also another thing that I truly love is the actual shape of the plastic box, and the ability to use it even after you are done with the butter.
