I compared these to a pair of $50 soles that my husband purchased me for having severe heel/ball problems. I can not wear normal shoes due to this issue, and the only that (before these) half worked was the expensive "custom" soles. I received these, and within 2 days I threw my custom ones away! The way they cushion my heels make it possible for me to stay on my feet for longer periods of time, and able to walk longer distances before my heels swell up. *This item was sent to me for a honest review.
