This is a very handy to have for us due to us deciding to start eating healthier and more efficient than what we was. We were instructed to start weighing our food portions to make sure we could account for all calories consumed, and also to be held accountable for anything that was over ate due to not weighing it. This scale is not a small one that couldn't handle a bowl of chicken on it, rather it's a very good medium size that so far has been able to handle frozen chicken in glass bowls, and other bowl sets we've had to use. I would def recommend this item to anyone who is needing a very sturdy scale that will help them along with their journey. *I was sent this item for a honest review.
