This is a nice coloring book that helps de-stress from everyday events. It is not your typical coloring book, rather it has "semi" adult language in it, and phrases that you would almost always hear your grandmother day without curse words. The coloring sheets are on good paper, can use a variety of colors. This is def Adult/18+!
