This is a very adult 18+++ coloring book! The pages are nice enough for makers to be used (I personally enjoy BIC/Sharpie) and the pages have enough going on to keep your de-stressing to a maximum! It does have very extreme curse words in it. The book has 50 sheets of different phrases/words, different designs, and at least one page that will express how you feel on a bad day. I would recommend this 100% to adults/18+ only.
