Where to start with this, but if I could I would give this 10/5 stars!!! Husband and I love to play with toys, try new things out to keep our marriage lively. This was one we've never tried before, and were very curious about it. I'll start with the vibrator, that little thing can shake! It didn't do much for my clitoral stimulation sadly, but it did wonders for the bottom of my husbands shaft pleasing him very much. Though I didn't understand the function of the back *twig*, I know what it's suppose to be but it didn't help with any sort of pleasure. The actual sleeve was very fitting for my husband who has more width than length, I was afraid of it being to tight but thankfully it was not. We do stress use as much lube as you can for both parties!! As it can get very skin rubbing after a short time. The actual added length I would say is about an inch which is the bottom of the head to the tip of the head. If your curious about adding something interesting to your toy chest this would be it!! *I got this item for a honest review.
