This is a cute collar, even though my doggy refused to let it stay on (she is weird at times) I still love it! The material is a leather type that for a small animal should fit perfectly and comfortably. The skull is a cute add on feature of the collar, and it's what made me want this item. This would be awesome for a furbaby birthday! * I was sent this item for a honest review.
