This a simple adult coloring book that can help them de-stress after a bad day at work, home, etc. It has 20 pages of different words, designs, and features that any type of coloring method can be used. It does have certain words that some conservative people may find offending and/or vulgar. If your conservative then this book probably is not for you! I would def recommend this for those days you can't say what your thinking, but able to color it!
