These are amazing, and very interesting to use! At first it took us a moment to figure it out to make it fit comfortably in the position with the cushion side. After figuring out the comfortable position it was easy peasy to use and relax! Though I will point out that I am a size 24 jeans and it does get a little bit tight/hard to maneuver around in this even on the last button hole. So if you are plus size it does work, but you might have to make it a little looser to help. The cushions are very comfy when in the actual position, they do not rub much (it does leave small light red marks on me but nothing serious), or causing any major pain. *I got this item for a honest review.
