These are SO soft that my son loves wearing them, much more than he does the ones I've purchased from a larger retailer. My son is teething his 2ed tooth, and drooling so much that his shirts are soaked within 30 minutes of me putting them on. He wasn't to sure about these when I first put them as he hated the others but I made (or attempted to make) him keep them on for his shirt sake. After wearing it for a couple minutes he decided it was ok and continued to wear it throughout the day!! They are made with a very soft material that doesn't scratch or rub your child's neck. It's metal buttoned to hold together so no more worrying about velcro being an issue. It has 2 different tightening for very small babies up to larger babies. The pacifier holders I thought were really nice, the clips are sturdy, and able to stay clipped on even when tugged on. The actual material on the holder is easy to clean/hand wash. I also love the space to put my sons name so if he loses it, it would be easy to find at a store with his name on it. *I got this item for a honest review.
