I got these tests to help watch my PH levels while we are preparing to start trying to have another child. I was told it's very important to know what is going on in your body, how it's going on, and to keep on top of things that would potential cause conflict. So far they have helped me in having a better understanding of my body. The con with them sadly is the packaging, and how you must carefully open it a certain way. Other than that I def recommend them to help yourself! *I got these for a honest review.
