These are very well made pencils, and are very easy to grip while using. With a lot of colored pencils, I have the biggest problem with when I am coloring for longer periods of time (de-stressing) I found most colored pencils will start to get wet because of moisture coming off of your hand. This makes mine slide, not staying still. Which while your coloring in very small spaces this is very important to keep still! Another perk I've found with these, they are very easy to sharpen, and do not break off once it's fully sharpened like a majority of others do. This was a big plus for me as I've sharpened one almost half way before it finally stopped breaking off. My son is starting to doodle a small bit, and also prefers these over the other colored pencils that I own. The colors in this pack are beautiful and very colorful! Though they do not have names on them, so it's hard to tell which one I want without having to look through them.
